Foyer / UNIAID: Accommodation Bursaries Student Survivor: Animated banner

Accommodation is the single greatest cost of higher education

The Foyer - UNIAID Accommodation Bursary gives one year's free or supported accommodation to students who are at risk of having to leave university because of extreme hardship.

Background

The scheme was started in 2004 with a gift from UNITE, the UK's largest student accommodation provider, and launched in the House of Lords by UNIAID patron Baroness Susan Greenfield, CBE. Already the lives of many students have been transformed. Click here to read comments from past UNIAID students.

Please read the Guidelines section carefully before you apply - it tells you what we need to know in order to assess an application.
